The Shared Pulse, on releasing a story into an optimized world

The Shared Pulse explores what happens when efficiency replaces attention, when speed outruns reflection, and when staying becomes harder than moving on. It asks what it means to remain human inside highly optimized lives—where everything functions, yet something feels quietly off. The novel does not offer solutions. It offers presence. It does not teach. It listens.

Living the Glitch

I planned this trip carefully. The book launch, the meetings, the timing of printed copies arriving from different platforms. I built buffers. I double-checked details. I did what I know how to do: optimize. And then two things happened that were completely out of my control.

Should We Befriend Our Vulnerability?

Isn’t it interesting how sometimes opening up to a stranger feels easier than confiding in someone we love? Have you ever found yourself sharing a story that has troubled you for years with a fellow traveler on a plane or at some unexpected spot during a solo trip? It’s often even simpler to be

Poppies in the Wind: Blooming Through Change

Shining individuals who shape societies Each poppy, a solitary bloom of radiant beauty, reminds us that true unity begins when we dare to reveal the truth within our hearts. Does Transformation Have to Be This Difficult?

We know it takes nine months for a baby to be born or seasons for a seed we plant to bear fruit. So why don’t we accept that personal awareness follows a natural process that requires time and effort?

The Door to What Lies Beyond

Although we tie our wishes to the brighter aspects of life, no year passes without confronting the darker parts of ourselves. Nor should it. Embracing the potential hidden in our shadows and transforming it into life is one of the best things that can happen to us.

In fact, there’s a way to break free from repeating ourselves that’s both incredibly simple and difficult: NOW – staying in the moment.

Is Mindfulness Just a BuzzWord?

Speaking of learning something new, have you noticed there aren’t many truly different stories around us? In our personal, professional, and social lives, we often repeat the same narratives. Only the players and settings change, while our feelings remain the same. That’s a sign of mindlessness.
Mindfulness is staying present, aware, and open to all the data we perceive without judgment.
Despite its simplicity and obvious benefits, if we’re hesitant to try mindfulness, there may be deeper questions to explore. Perhaps something is holding us back from fully embracing life and letting go.
