Here’s a breakdown of the five wounds and their corresponding masks:1. Rejection – Withdrawal2. Abandonment – Dependency3. Humiliation – Masochism4. Betrayal – Controlling5. Injustice – PerfectionWe all have them\, some are stronger than others.In this workshop we will delve into the third wound – humiliation and inner beliefs related to that. \nWe will connect to our wound through the painting\, Self-portrait with Masks by James Ensor. \nThis is the third of the five workshops in exploring the major wounds. \nWe will meditate for deeper connection and make our mask.
